CONFIRMED: Newcastle Dodgeball's Season 11 Draw

The Newcastle Dodgeball League Season 11 draw was officially released this week, with the season kicking off on Thursday, August 2 at Oakdale Arena. The season will begin, as always, with Hamilton facing Waratah in the Founders Derby.

The three remaining fixtures in the opening round will see Cooks Hill welcome the new Kotara organisation to the fold, while Raymond Terrace will have the honour of welcoming Shortland. Belmont and Rutherford round out the opening blockbluster evening for the league.
The Newcastle Dodgeball League Season 11 play-offs will begin on November 8, when quarter-final matches will be played. The Season 11 Grand Final is scheduled for Thursday, November 22.

Waratah's Eva Bailey and Georgia Graham. Both players signed with the Cobras in 2014, and were key players in the founding club's Season Five championship title.

The league will also celebrate its first official Women in Dodgeball round in the eleventh season of the competition, to be held on Round 8, September 20.
​The competition's Pride Round will be held in Round 10, on October 4.
The Hamilton Stags enter the competition as the defending champions and defending premiers, having finished the previous season with a record 50 points in the league standings. The club defeated the Belmont Beavers 11-6 in the previous grand final to earn their fifth championship title.

• There will be no holiday break in the second half of the year competition.
• Newcastle Dodgeball League's Season 11 Play-offs will begin on November 8.
• Newcastle Dodgeball League's Season 11 Grand Final will be held on Thursday, November 22.
• Season 10 Grand Final rematch between Hamilton and Belmont will be played in Round 5, on Thursday, August 30.
• Newcastle Dodgeball's Women in Dodge Round will be hosted in Round 8 on September 20.
• Newcastle Dodgeball's Pride Round will be hosted in Round 10 on October 4.
